Hey Guys! Yes, I'm back from hot as hell Arizona and as beautiful as some of the landscaping is, I'm not sure that I will ever return lol (Yes, this is coming from a Georgia resident). On another note, I and some of the bridesmaids are getting together to make wedding invitations on Saturday, which I am really excited about; probably because this is my first wedding related event since the engagement party last year. Food, drinks, slumber party, and of course invitation making. Too excited for the weekend to get here.

In the meantime, here is an outfit post from what I am wearing today. These are actually my favorite pair of jeans, holes and all. I've also been itching to wear this blazer from H&M. Lots of catching up to do. See ya!

Hey Guys! Hope that your weeks are wonderful thus far because mine has just been wonderful and sunny! I am too excited to be visiting a friend in Arizona later on this week because I've never visited the state. Not as excited about the forecast though...102 degree weather? they can't be serious. I got this skirt from Forever 21 not too long ago and it immediately reminded of a creamsicle kind of sort of, lol...Hence the title of todays post. Happy almost midweek! lol

Did my nails last night. I really love them!

Mexican Stuff Shells

Yet another recipe that I found and pinned on Pinterest. I don't know about you guys but I LOVE Mexican food so this was definitely a must try for me. Fiance also loves Mexican food so that added to the excitement. I was kind of skeptical about some of the ingredients (cream cheese in my Mexican food? eh) but it was definitely worth the try. Another plus was that it took like no time to cook. It is always wonderful to try something new.

Mexican Stuffed Shells
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
Taco Seasoning or even just use the little taco seasoning packets
4 oz. cream cheese (I did 2.5 oz since I was soo skeptical about the cream cheese)
16 jumbo pasta shells
1.5 cup salsa
1 cup taco sauce (can be found in the Mexican aisle of the grocery store, but I literally just used tomato sauce and added onion powder and garlic powder to it)
1 cup cheddar cheese
green onion or cilantro for garnishing

Preheat oven to 350°.

In a frying pan cook ground beef; add taco seasoning and prepare according to package directions. Add cream cheese and simmer until cheese is melted. Set aside and cool completely.

While ground beef is cooking, cook the pasta shells and drain. Set shells out individually on baking sheet so that they don’t stick together.

Pour salsa on bottom of 9×13 baking dish. Stuff each shell with the meat mixture. Place shells in 9×13 pan open side up. Cover shells with taco sauce. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, add shredded cheese and bake for 10-15 more minutes, with the foil removed.

Quick update....So this is how my eye makeup will look for the wedding. I hated the lips and removed it, lol (not pictured above) so we are still working on that, but I didn't want anything drastic. What do you guys think as far as the eyes?

Accessories from Forever 21

I got this skirt from Urban Outfitters two years back and haven't worn it very many times. At first glance the print reminded me of pink leopard print, but looking closer at it the print is more as if some made brush strokes on the fabric. In other news, I have been doing a lot of cooking lately of things ive been stalking on Pinterest, meaning more foodie posts very soon! I also had my makeup consultation for the wedding last weekend!!! I'll post some pictures tomorrow!! Only 137 days left!!
