I definitely don't exercise as much as I should which is terrible, especially being that I keep hearing more and more that all of the junk I eat will soon catch up with me. I've literally been the same size since like 8th grade, however, I figure that maybe one day I will wish that I had already had a weekly routine that I stuck to for more than 2 months. I've always been criticized about working out because I've always been thin, but the truth is that even smaller people need to keep in shape. For one thing, my metabolism may not always be so fast. Working out builds strength and endurance. It lowers disease and viruses. Working out also gives you more energy, among many more reasons. I'm probably not going to cut cupcakes and my other guilty pleasures out of my diet...especially since I'm not trying to lose any weight at all and I do eat healthy foods also, but we will see how this goes.
Saw these on Pinterest and was reminded that I don't own any real running shoes. Definitely on my list.

DeleteLove this post! And I've been the same size since sophomore year of high school... for the most part. I might go up or down 5 lbs, so I understand, but I've noticed with getting older if I eat too much junk without working out it definitely takes a toll on my body and how I feel. I just feel crappy! Thanks for the playlist, I am always looking for new good music to listen to while I work out :) I recently just got back into the swing of things with working out and hoping I stick with it!

DeleteGood for you!!!I used to hate the thought of it and being about 105 lb I assumed I didn't need to make any effort...Now when i'm almost 30 I realize things will change sooner or later for me too.So I'm trying to eat healthy ,I'm taking ZUMBA classes 3 times a week and I make random trips to the gym.But.....I can't give up chocolate!when I open a bar I have to eat it all :(
ReplyDeleteAlso! Do you all drink your water??I try to keep a big bottle on my desk at work and drink whenever I look at it- I really find it helpful!If I don't have a bottle at hand I just forget to go to the water machine (which is 5 steps away).....
i totally understand this! if I dont have a water bottle at hand, I drink very little water which isnt good at all!

Love this post. I'm trying hard to get uber fab and stay that way! I usually don't listen to anything in particular because I attend dance classes and they change up the music quite often.
