I definitely don't exercise as much as I should which is terrible, especially being that I keep hearing more and more that all of the junk I eat will soon catch up with me. I've literally been the same size since like 8th grade, however, I figure that maybe one day I will wish that I had already had a weekly routine that I stuck to for more than 2 months. I've always been criticized about working out because I've always been thin, but the truth is that even smaller people need to keep in shape. For one thing, my metabolism may not always be so fast. Working out builds strength and endurance. It lowers disease and viruses. Working out also gives you more energy, among many more reasons. I'm probably not going to cut cupcakes and my other guilty pleasures out of my diet...especially since I'm not trying to lose any weight at all and I do eat healthy foods also, but we will see how this goes.
