After pinning these on pinterest, I just had to try them. I have NEVER experimented with Wonton wrappers so I wasn't sure how this was going to turn out but I make fish tacos all the time so I figured that was half the battle. The wontons wrappers served as the taco shells and I basically filled it with what I wanted. I am a huge tilapia lover which is why I used tilapia, but you can substitute it for your favorite fish. I also whipped up a batch of my guacamole and added some shredded coleslaw and a white sauce from this recipe.
It was super easy!
Ingredients
12 wonton wrappers
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tilapia filets
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried cilantro
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup already made guacamole
fresh cilantro leaves for decoration

Start by preheating oven to 350 degrees then lightly brushing each side of the wrapper with some olive oil.
Then press the wrappers into cupcake cups and bake in preheated oven for 7 minutes or until crispy.
While the wontons are baking, prepare the fish by seasoning both sides with some salt, garlic powder, paprika and the ground cilantro.
After both the wontons and the fish are done just put it all together!
BON APPETIT!
