So freaking excited. I found out a few hours ago that I passed the bar exam and I have never been soo excited. I basically killed myself trying to finish law school and that feel that it wouldn't mean as much to me if I didnt prove it to myself that I could pass my state's bar exam as well. Ahhhh! SO glad to be able to have this accomplishment and now I can move on. Not sure what that means at the moment but eeeek! Now I can finally move on to the next stage of my life. This week couldn't have ended any better. Thank God!
Wide awake and anxious. Long day tomorrow and i have to wake up in 4 hours, yet i spent the last 30 minutes trying to download this blogger app to my iphone. I figure that this will inspire me to blog more frequently like I use to since my cellphone is forever on me. Well, now that that is out of the way...look at that tasty goodness also known as dinner. I had some excellent sushi rolls which consisted of shrimp and avocado and im not sure what else but ive never eaten sushi that looked so pretty...lol.
Also got my toes done. I just wanted white tips but the nail tech convinced me into letting her do a design..i think i like it.
Hmm...I think that I kind of like this blogging from my phone thing...err, its 3:00 now. Time to force some zzzzzzs. Happy Friday!
So I'm completely aware that I haven't made a post in over a week. Can't really help it, but yes I am still alive. I hope to make a few posts sometime this week. Keyword Hope. Going on a cruise this month which I am too excited about. I am currently trying to pack for the cruise and condition my hair at the same time... oh yeah, plus type out this post. I've never really been too fond of packing and I always forget a few things so I am trying to in advance this go round to see how it turns out. Finally got my iphone fixed but the camera doesnt seem to be as awesome as it was before. I was too lazy to pull out my dslr so here is an idea of a few clothing items that I will be taking with me...
Colorful top from target
top from Nordstrom Rack
Dress from Marshalls...or TJ Maxx (can't remember)
Dress from H&M
Swimwear from all over...the Grey one that looks weird colored is from H&M. Can you believe that their swimwear is only $4.99?? Granted that I had to add padding myself, lol...it doesnt seem too bad of a deal.
My sister's beautifully decorated graduation cap. It's suppose to resemble the flag of Ghana.
She looked gorgeous even though it was 96 degrees outside
All the stuff that was on clearance at ULTA. I love ULTA
Is it bad that my favorite new color changes with the wind. lol! Never heard of butter nail polishes and was tempted not to by bc of the high price tag ($15 - I never pay more than essie or opi prices). But I absolutely adored the sparkly pink color. I hated the brush applicator though.
Playing around with new cameras (New to me...I think my dad purchased this camera like in 1989 or 1990). It is soo cool, but I know very little about 3d cameras.
NOT SO AWESOME was
Multiple tire blow outs. My car is immobile until I purchased 4 new tires. oh boo!
I actually have that Nair commercial tune (actually a 1950s song) in my head the one which goes... "Who wears short shorts...We wear short shorts" lol! Don't ask. Anyway, I apologize for looking so tired in these pictures. It was because I actually was, go figure and couldn't hide it. But I really liked my outfit and had to snap it for you guys.
The reason that I was tired was because I attend a Inman Park's festival today and I probably walked 7 or so miles in 85 degree weather. Can't complain though...its not snowing, lol. Had so much fun at the festival though. Inman Park is a little community located in Atlanta and they have the cutest houses that date back to the late 1800s.
TONS of people. LOADS of food
Even homemade treats for my pup.
There were all types of random vendors. This one sold jellyfishes that had died and been enclosed in some type of crystal casing. It was pretty and they glow in the dark. Too bad the idea of it all seemed odd to me so I continued to walk on by, lol.
Didn't leave with any odd treasures but I was happy sitting on some side street with my funnel cake and margarita.
