Wearing: Forever 21 skinnies, Mango button up shirt,
DIY glitter heels, collar necklace from Kohls
I have seen soo many DIY glitter shoes in the past 2 months that it inspired me to do my own. It took like no time to do at all (except for the waiting and drying). I had a pair of old yellow heels that I wore like once a year. In fact I've worn them once in a blog post here. Let me know what you guys think.
The tools I used....
Silver Glitter, Modge Podge glue, paint brush and old heels
I applied the glue first then sprinkled glitter over the glue until the shoe was covered.
I had to do about 3 coats since the shoes were previously bright yellow but Viola [pic below]!! To prevent glitter fallout while wearing, I mixed the modge podge with the glue at the end for the final coat.
How do you guys like them? I love them much. I think they will be my New Years Heels.
